No customer service from this dealership. Mishandled my mailing address to Ford Credit. Offered a rebate but never received. Just a scam. No calls to dealership ever returned. Never except calls. Blocked me from comment on Facebook. Tim in finance made these errors. No help from salesman Tyler Scott. Buyers go to Medford. The rating should be zero.

Safety issue
Bought a 2017 F150 from Lithia in Bend. A few months later the wipers stopped working, and I took the truck into Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls to get them fixed. A few months after that, the driver's side wiper flew off the truck while driving down the highway in the rain. Klamath Falls Lithia wanted another $140 to fix the wiper. I expressed my opinion to the service manager Kevin that I did not feel that I should have to pay for it. His response included "I'm doing you a favor by not charging you the $160 diagnostic fee." He quickly ended the conversation. It is worth noting that this is the second truck I have purchased from Lithia dealerships in the last two years that had safety issues on the road. Read through the reviews and you will find that Lithia consistently provides some of the worst service in the industry, thus why they are one of the few major dealerships that is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the headache and spend your money with a dealer that values their customers.
