Don't deal with these crooks. Over $5000 in miscellaneous add ons, lowballed my trade in. Overall terrible experience with sales management.

Took our 2013 C-Max in for recall notice, not having any
Took our 2013 C-Max in for recall notice, not having any issues with at that point and not wanting to disregard the recall we took it in. Within the next 5,000 miles the transmission is making noise, like a dry bearing. Changes with RPMs....took it back to the service department and they came out with a paper cup with a little bit of transmission fluid in it with metal filings...along with a $9000 repair estimate. Pierre Ford is not taking any responsibility.... never again...Shaunica is the service department manager and wouldn't even discuss it... told all of our friends about this

Having car issues with a 2021 ford with low miles on it. Tried calling service on a weekend to schedule a service appt. Calls automatically go to sales and the service dept doesn’t even have a way to leave a voicemail. What a way to run a business! I guess they must be struggling… heard they’re not super honest, either.
