I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this dealership. After agreeing on a price over text with their staff, including sales manager Brian Ronstadt and Isaac, we were told everything was finalized and asked to drive down to pick up the vehicle. We made a 3-hour trip from Seattle to their Oregon location, only to be met with a sudden $9,000 price increase. Not only was this change shocking and unprofessional, but the staff handled the situation rudely and completely disregarded the agreement we had in writing. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable, and their lack of integrity makes it very difficult to recommend this dealership to anyone. Be very cautious if you consider doing business with them.

Very rude and unprofessional staff including their sales manager Brain Ronstadt and Isaac. They finalized the price with me through text and asked us stop by and pick it up. We drove 3 hours from Seattle to their dealership in Oregon, but they increased the price by $9000 and very disrespectfully rejected their own offer. Not a trustworthy dealership.

We drove about 300 miles to complete a deal we made over the phone for a new Expedition. When we arrived it was a "Bait and switch" scheme. The manager completely had amnesia and changed the terms. He tried to write it off as a misunderstanding and I as a potential customer wrote it off as just plain dishonesty. The manager's manager tried to come to his employees rescue even though he had no idea what deal was actually made by his employee. It seems all conversations and communications are recorded at this store, but apparently these were not or just not divulged. I did not complete the transaction not because of price but because I just don't deal with people who don’t stand behind their word and lied about what we had agreed upon a couple of days before.
