Probably the worst dealership experience I have had in the last 30 years! These folks advertise a low price which we agreed to pay and then the games begin...Next set a paperwork showed an additional $4,000 charge (not sure how they even computed the $4,000 since that was not close to being correct) for sales tax that should not have been included. Called them on that and then they told me they had actually "just now" changed their dealership policy and they "had" to collect sales tax even though I do not live in their State and they are not required to collect it. Then they said they would give me a check back for the $4,000 but they needed to collect it to process the deal. Thought that was odd then they told me that the check would be payable to me and the Dept of Revenue but they would still be giving me the check. But wait that changed and now they would actually be "paying" the sales tax to my state and I would not get that check. Then the $4,000 turned into $7200. On top of that I asked them what interest rate they were using on the financing and they would just send pictures of a "payment" and would never disclose what the actual APR was. So I just plugged in the numbers and they were using 9.9% for me which is extremely high for someone with an 800+ credit score. If you are looking to get the "run around" and enjoy this type of nonsense this is the dealership for you! If however you enjoy an honest car buying experience where the dealership stands behind the deal they agreed to then DO NOT try to buy a car from Joe Cooper Ford...

They warned me it could be a minor fix or something major. They started by replacing the TCM, which was covered by an expiring Ford recall—talk about timing! When that didn’t solve the issue, Ryan Dempsey, who I’m convinced is the electrician equivalent of an elite special forces operative, stepped in. He immediately pinpointed a faulty fuse hidden deep under the battery. A few hours later, my car was fixed, and the cost? Nothing but a handshake from Don! Joe Cooper Ford’s team is professional, honest, and relentless in ensuring their customers are taken care of. Whether it’s fighting warranty battles or tackling tricky electrical issues, they’ve earned my trust for life. If you’re in Yukon and need auto service, this is the place to go!

I bought a new car and everything was good till we got tied up with Kirsten. She is the biggest ommiter I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. She hid everything even when I would ask for information she would blow it off. Stay away from her!!!
