Fast and easy but I was not able to get the military
Fast and easy but I was not able to get the military discount and unable to get in house financing. So I have to get a auto loan through navy federal credit and paid off the truck on the spot.

I was referred to Bonni by my neighbor when recently bought a truck from her. She did not disappoint. Professional, friendly, listen to what I was looking for and in my price range, 2 days later, I'm in a Jeep that I had been looking for!!! Thank you Bonni! Rich over in the finance department got my payments lower than I expected!! Definitely will talk to them when I am looking for my next vehicle.

Rather than addressing my needs in the financial
Rather than addressing my needs in the financial paperwork, they put in warranties that would line their pockets with commission. I would have much rather had tag and title worked into the agreement versus a warranty that most likely will not be utilized that they charged me $3,000 for. When I had address this concern with my sales rep over the phone, he said it would be no issue to have that taken care of, but then I was pretty much force fed the paperwork in a manner that made it seem like it was either a sign or I don't get the vehicle.
