I just. Wanted to share my review with the Jim Norton Ford broken Arrow on yesterday. Suddenly I was in need of a new car. I was a couple of payments from paying off the car that I presently had which was a Ford, I proceeded to go online and fill out a credit application with Ford .About 10 minutes after I submitted my application. I received a call from a very kind. Young man named Eli, he helped me so much on yesterday. Eli did not hesitate to come and pick me up.When I told him that I needed a ride to the dealership. He made the process so easy and relaxing. He was very attentive, very kind and he let me know what was going on every step of the way he kept checking on me to make sure that I was okay, during the waiting process.He is a phenomenal young man.I am so glad that he is the one who called me on yesterday.
