I shopped for a car here and the new owner is making it
I shopped for a car here and the new owner is making it even worse. She fired the new manager that she promoted and she has no hold on pricing to make the dealership profitable. It showed when I tried to negotiate.

Truly a wonderful, compassionate and welcoming dealership! Mark is one of the finest and best sales consultants! My Lincoln Nautilus is beautiful! Mark made my purchase an easy one. No pressure and a very professional Ford consultant. I would highly recommend Ford of Wapakoneta. The entire dealership is friendly, personable and I drove an hour to pick up my Lincoln. We just purchased a 2018 Santa Fe from Wapakoneta Ford. Our salesperson was/is Shanna James. This lady was great. She went out of her way to help us complete the sales process. Shanna was very quick in replying to all my emails and text messages. She made you feel like we were her most important costumers. My wife and I highly recommend Shanna James and Wapakoneta Ford. Shanna made us feel like family. She has definitely renewed our faith in car salespeople. I cannot say enough about her abilities as a salesperson!
