I was looking for a used Mach-E and found one online at Statewide Ford. I sent a message asking for information and Alissya Griffith responded right away. She sent me a personalized video of the car and was incredibly helpful. I was worried about the trade in value on my car, but when they looked it over they didn't attempt to undervalue it and treated me fairly. They gave me what KBB said it was valued at for trade. Alissa was courteous and accommodating through the entire process. I worked with Gabe in financing and other than him acting like a disappointed parent when I rejected the additional warranty, he did an excellent job. There were multiple members on the team who stopped by and chatted with me about how to manage a new electric vehicle. One of the owners even stopped by for a few minutes. I've had many bad experiences with dealerships, but this wasn't one of them. Good people, good team.

Gabe and our finance manager were fantastic. We drove up from Cincinnati to this dealership because they had the perfect vehicle and made it a perfect experience. It was literally test drive, sign paperwork, and leave. They even stayed late in a snowstorm for us to be able to purchase the van that Saturday. If you are a local, there is no reason to not stop by here if you are looking for a vehicle!
