I cannot say enough great things about this dealership! Even though it was an hour drive for me, it was 100% worth it and I would do it again without hesitation. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. My salesman, Richard Dinsmore, was phenomenal. He was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every detail, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure—just genuine help and outstanding customer service. This was hands down one of the most straightforward, trustworthy, and enjoyable car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. That is entirely because of Richard and the rest of the Arbogast staff and culture. If you’re considering this dealership, do yourself a favor and give them a shot—you won’t regret it. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Richard Dinsmore, to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable experience!

Sales guy I dealt with was tremendous. Deal was great just didn't like the car as much as I thought after driving it. Just my preference. Car was good deal was good sales guy was good.

This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Our van is beautiful, immaculate, more van than we imagined and look forward to making lasting memories vacationing around. Thank you all for everything.
