Sarchione Ford

Just awful! The sale is all they care about! Just hours before we were to pick up our brand New F-350 high-end truck, they wrecked it into a door! It ended up with three deep scrapes down to the metal and a dent, along with a thousand little scratches! All in all they damaged three panels and two of the black trim pieces. All they wanted to do was throw 500 dollars down our throat along with a repaired damaged truck. They said we shouldn't even give you the 500 dollars but we're just trying to be nice. This is almost a 100 thousand dollar truck and I'm not going to buy a non-factory repaired/painted truck for that price without significant compensation. They continue to insult us by saying this happens all the time and they fix/hide what happened and resell them without disclosure of what happened, so people would never know better! After all this with no movement to make it right, we say we won't be moving forward with that truck. So now they start trying to upsell us to a 110 thousand dollar truck with other trucks since there isn't a close match to replace ours. I asked if we can meet in the middle of the two prices since this isn't really what we're wanting now? I was told basically we don't care enough to make this right and we don't need your sale, we will just sell it to other people! So now here I am with a lot of time, money wasted, and my credit dinged along with already switching over insurance to a non-existent truck. Long story short, it was going to be a great review/purchase turned right into a nightmare!
