Just recently purchased a 2021 F-250 lariat and I couldn’t be happier, Josh was fantastic to work with and kept it pretty simple. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them and will continue to do so!

called dealer about aToyota corolla 2020 they advertised with no defects or mechanical problems, no accidents for 19,000$ we agreed if I come same day they would sale it for 18500. But to my surprise windshield had long crack on it and would need to be replaced. I told them about it and manager says it would give me 250$ discount because it cost that much to replace it. They knew about the crack already and actually was gonna sale it full price and not replace it. At first I had good experiences with the sale person mame Josh Henderson, I really believed them And didn’t verify on my end if it really cost only 250$ to replace. I never got title for 2 months. And I called them multiple times about it. 2 months later they send me memorandum title to transfer in PA which is useless. Because of that I couldn’t do inspection or quote for the windshield. Now that I received it 2 months later. I try to get the glass repaired, and the cost is from 500-1000$ because it needs to be calibrated. A called them and let them know to cover the rest since they stated it would cost 250$ originally and made me sign that they don’t owe me anything. Manager say they won’t cover it, cause I have used the car for 2 months. And if I had told them about it before they would have. They obviously already know about it before I even bought the car, and they were the one late delivering all paperwork needed to transfer car title. I couldn’t do any major repair until I had that resolved. I told them Money is not everything in business. Good customer service and good faith is more important. If you are thinking of buying here think trice.
