Worst car buying experience I’ve encountered.
Worst car buying experience I’ve encountered. I made an appt to test drive a vehicle and made it clear in my request I would be driving 3.5 hours which was an inconvenience but we drove past other dealerships to look at this specific vehicle. When I pull in, there is another couple sitting in it, getting ready to test drive it. I was told there was a miscommunication that they didn’t know it was set up for me to test drive and that they wouldn’t sell it to them first. But of course, that couple drove the car and went in and made a deal while I was test driving it and agreed to pay asking price. Therefore they didn’t even want to work with me. In my opinion, they should have never been able to even give an offer without me driving and attempting to work a deal. Very rude of the dealership for someone who communicated and drove 3.5 hours.
