Looking for a used Ford edge
I was in the market for a Ford edge, and Mike Dye came through. He found a beautiful one for me. I appreciate all the work that the dealership went through in finding the car. I also worked with Chuck Kepich, who iwas also very good. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend the dealership to other people.

Daystar Ford does not keep its promises
I bought a used 2022 mustang mach 1 that was originally in Mexico from Daystar Ford. I was promised a second key FOB (it only came with one), a Mach 1 hat (I always ask for a hat when I purchase a car from a dealer), and the emergency tire repair kit (there was not one in the car) . I did not get any of these promised items. They also don't return my calls for over 4 days when they promised to call back in an hour. The salesman I worked with (Chuck) and the general manager (Sam) are never in the office when I call. I get put on an extended hold and usually get hung up on. Make sure you get all the items for the car that you need before you give them any money. Once they have you money they will cheat you out of all the promised items
