Myself and others made online appointments for oil changes. That was because no one would pick up the service phone. Showing up for our appointment there was much confusion and quite a delay on both dropping off the car and picking up the car. Lots of folks sitting around on their phones, Etc. Next time we're going to Valvoline oil change.

We drove for an hour to look at a used Expedition we saw on line on a Friday afternoon. Went home a few hours later with a new to us vehicle! Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and professional! Serg was our salesman that helped us out. He is very personable, friendly, and treats people like he likes to be treated. We really appreciate that! You can also tell he is very knowledgeable too!
Also stayed late to help “walk us through” the vehicle. Overall, our experience was definitely worth it and would recommend both Serg and the dealership!!!
