Ward was terrific at first- until the papers were signed
Ward was terrific at first- until the papers were signed and the money was handed over. First, the car on the website was a little different than the car that was delivered to me, being that it had about 3000 more miles on it, then was advertised. It was also on the website that I had several features that it does not have. Ward promised me that it had been looked over by their mechanic. When I got the car, it was very, obviously extremely dirty under the hood. There was dirt in the glove box… It obviously was not cleaned and taken care of like he told me it was. I started noticing things wrong with it right away. I could not get the car in to the Cadillac dealership here to look at for about a week. When I did, they gave me a print out of things that were wrong with it and needed to be fixed. That amount totaled just about $12,000. On a car that cost me $16,500 – that just seems fricking nuts. I am a disabled widowed woman who feels very taken advantage of. I literally bought this car on November 24 and have put less than 100 miles on it so far and have already had to replace the tires, the battery, get an oil change… Things that you think the dealership would have taken care of before selling it. I have tried calling multiple times and texted multiple times to no avail. Nobody ever calls me back. I have screenshots and papers printed for all of this so if you need proof, I have it. Pictures included. I would not ever send anybody to the dealership. The management is horrible. Imagine if your mother or your grandmother got this car how angry you would be,that’s how I feel. All I can say is karma I definitely would not recommend ever.
