Please don’t even go look at the 2021 white TRD Camry floating around these dealers. It is rusted out and they’ll play you for a fool as if nothing is wrong with it. It looks to have been in the bottom of the lake. Don’t believe me, look under it.

My recent experience with the Randy Marion dealership was far from satisfactory. I sought their services hoping for a professional, fair, and efficient auto repair service, but unfortunately, what I received was a series of unpleasant surprises. I was first disappointed with their diagnostic process. I was charged a hefty fee for a diagnosis that, in my opinion, should have identified and prevented the multitude of issues that later arose. The diagnosis seemed rushed, lacking in thoroughness, and ultimately, ineffective in addressing the problems at hand. In this respect, I feel I did not receive the value for the money I spent. The repair costs were exorbitantly high, especially when considering the subpar service received. I had a nagging suspicion that I was being overcharged, and unfortunately, that suspicion was confirmed. I had kept the parts they replaced as proof, and when I got them assessed independently, I discovered they were not as damaged as I was led to believe. The parts didn’t warrant the high replacement costs, furthering my belief that I was being taken advantage of. It's one thing to pay a premium price for premium service, but it's entirely another to pay high prices for substandard service. In this case, it was clearly the latter. The Randy Marion name seems to be spreading, buying up many surrounding dealerships, but their business practices, from my experience, are concerning. My advice to anyone considering using their services would be to proceed with caution or better yet, find an alternative. This experience has left a bitter taste, and I can't help but feel that the trust in this dealership that I once had has been irrevocably damaged. In the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I urge others to do the same. We, as customers, deserve to be treated with honesty, fairness, and respect. In summary, my experience with Randy Marion was an unpleasant one characterized by overcharging, questionable diagnosis procedures, and a lack of transparency. I hope that others can learn from my experience and make an informed decision about where they choose to get their vehicles serviced.
