All staff was friendly and very helpful. I have never bought a new car by myself and they made the process very simple, explaining all paperwork and the process very patiently. Upon pick up, David went over and explained all features of the car and connected my phone very quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

David went out of his normal business hours to assist with the purchase of our new Explorer. I have owned an Eddie Bauer edition Explorer that I drove while delivering babies. I loved that vehicle!!!! He understood the difficulty I was having letting go and worked with me in the process. Personal service is worth more than all the bells and whistles of a big showroom.
