Had to make an appointment to drop off my truck just to be told the recall expired… they could have told me this over the phone when I set up the appointment. Just a waste of both of ours time. I’m sure it was to try and upsell expensive diagnostic time and labor. Also how does a recall expire? Ford says emissions recalls don’t expire, but this dealership does.
