I had my first oil change and a couple other small things
I had my first oil change and a couple other small things done. Kolby was fantastic! From the time I got there (waited for my truck to be done), I listened how he communicated with everyone, and was so impressed. He obviously takes great pride in his job and strives to make everyone's experience the best. I will definitely look for him when I return for my next oil change

I had a recall done, that was fine.
I had a recall done, that was fine. But they suggested other stuff , that needed done. The work was done, after the technician made a mistake in accomplishing the job. I had to wait an extra day. They also said I needed tires, rotating the tires was part of the process, but not done. Now I've got to go to another dealer to have tires installed.
