Crossroads Ford Fuquay-Varina

Took our F-150 in for scheduled recall. After 8 hours of waiting, we called and they did not even have the part. Of course, they said they tried to call (which was a lie.) Why would they even schedule this service when they did not have the part and did not know when they would. Asked when we could go pick it up, we were told we would have to sign form saying they would not be responsible if we were involved in wreak. DO NOT EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP.

My car has been in this shop since July 22, 2025—almost six months with no real progress. I was first told I needed a new motor, then a few days later they said it was actually the cam phasers. They replaced them, and the car failed immediately after I picked it up and had to go right back. Communication has been terrible the entire time, and even my Ford field advisor has concerns about how this repair is being handled. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

Yesterday was my husband’s birthday, and the day we nearly fell victim to a BAIT AND SWITCH at Crossroads Ford of Fuquay Varina! On June 7, 2025 we sent an inquiry to the dealer about a 2011 F150 they had for sale. The next business day I got a call from a salesman we’ll just call H. He explained that the truck needed a part, and then would be ready to sell, and he would keep me in the loop. Every day for the next week my husband drove thru the lot on his way home, to see if the truck was still there. He really wanted this truck! Well today we went into the dealership and H suggested we fill out an application so when it was ready, it would be ours, contingent on driving the truck after the repair. We filled out the application and H walked away. When he returned he had an offer sheet with him. Initially I was confused because we didn’t even try to haggle. That’s when I noticed the price of the truck was $2,000 HIGHER than what we were there for. So I pulled out my phone and showed him the email confirmation I got when I sent the inquiry. He took a picture of it and went off to his manager. Oh no, it was an “error”! Nope, not today buddy! DO BETTER!! Happy Birthday honey, you get screwed out of a truck and a brand new ding to your credit to boot! BEWARE!
