I had not previously dealt with Tri-City Ford in Eden,
I had not previously dealt with Tri-City Ford in Eden, until I started driving a Government agency vehicle. They treated me like every customer should be treated from start to finish. Everyone was professional and answered any questions with expertise knowledge and ensured that things were done in the a timely manner. I would not take my government owned vehicle anywhere else or trust anyone else to work on it. Friendly staff all around and made me feel at home.

Vehicle purchase
My wife and I have been dealing with Tri-City Ford since 2004. We have purchased 4 vehicles during this time, all without any regrets. As long as I we can buy vehicles, we will continue dealing with Kevin Coates and his excellent staff!

The best auto shop
I have purchased all of my Ford vehicles from Tri City. But really what keeps me coming back is the back auto shop. I am a widow and Rick and his workers are not only respectful, I feel they would never take advantage of me. There is not a eating high enough in my opinion.

This is not a large dealership. This is not a huge community yet we consistently sell more new cars than our much larger competitors. Why?
