TWO WEEKS WAIT FOR A DIAGNOSTIC THAT NEVER HAPPENED,SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEVER CALLED BACK LEFT PLENTY OF MESSAGES TOO GET UPDATE ON MY CAR ,GUESS NO ONE HAD TIME BUT TOO HOLD ON THEN PHONE HUNG UP, CAR BEEN SITTING IN THE SAME SPOT FOR A WEEK, FIRST END FIRST OUT SHOULD BE A MODEL SOLGAN TO GET SERVICE REPAIRS OUT ,,,INSTEAD OF HOW MUCH MONEY U GO BILL THAT CUSTOMER,99.00 DIAGNOSTIC WAS A GOOD SALES PROMOTION TO GET CUSTOMERS IN BUT MY DIAGNOSTIC NEVER HAPPENED, SORRY MANAGEMENT THAT TRICKLES DOWN TOO POOR EMPLOYEES ATTITUDES

Mr. Davis, thank you for reaching out regarding your concerns. As you are aware, you brought your vehicle in on 7/16/25. We let you know that we would look at it on 7/17/25 and try to duplicate the concern you were having. After multiple attempts over multiple days, we let you know that we were unfortunately unable to duplicate the concern during the time we had the vehicle. Since we had no proof of what was actually wrong with the vehicle, we did not want to start recommending parts that may or may not fix your concern. We work very hard to provide our customers with the most accurate diagnosis possible and would never want to sell something to a customer that may not be needed. Since we were unable to diagnose the concern, we did not charge you anything at all to look at your vehicle multiple days in a row. If there is anything else we can help you with, we would be happy to do so.

If you want to buy a lemon that's also most likely to have been hit then this is your place. Hopefully nothing else breaks after your purchase because the completely incompetent service writers will argue you don't have a warranty when you actually have TWO!!! I'd recommend upgrading to a better set of shoes before purchasing here.
