I inquired about a vehicle that was used and on auto trader and was told that it needed a tire and would be ready to come look at that day. This vehicle was part of the RAV program, which was explained to me. I got it text message to come schedule the appointment to see the vehicle because it was ready, I schedule the appointment a day ahead and got a call that morning to confirm that I was going to be there when I show up the vehicle interior was completely torn apart and the vehicle was not ready to show at all. It also had a sticker on the front windshield that this vehicle is not for sale , I drove an hour and a half to come look at this vehicle and it was in this kind of shape which was amazing to me. No one had any clue or communicated to me that it was in this kind of shape. I would never trust anyone at that dealership with that kind of communication Performance and poor management has been my experience

Spoke with Shantelle on their 2020 Mustang GT500. Found out when I asked her if it has a clean title, that the car has a branded title as it is a Lemon Law return. No where in the ad or any "fine print" does it say that in the listing on their website - you only find out if you look at a Carfax or ask someone. Branded title on a 2020 $68K car ?!?!?! Very difficult to get a loan or even insurance - you need to say all this on the ad so I dont waste my time or theirs. A little deceptive I think - you be the judge!

See recent complaint on consumerfinance.gov on this company and all it's bad reviews on Facebook and really pay attention, honesty, integrity, and forthcoming truth is not in their vocabulary. Instead you get violations all over the place of TiLA. 15 USCode 611, 662, and numerous other acts., I personally was given a fake credit report today and lied to about being approved by essentially every sales rep today and especially the sales manager, there's no telling what factors they blatantlyused to discriminate against me today, but the recorded calls, fake paperwork, and continual usage of my credit authorization after committing verbal fraud will be a nice one to process to close out 2024....cheers to the battle ahead, only the strong and honest will prevail. All I wanted was my bronco

Your credit application was submitted to several different lenders which required specific documents for lender approval. Without the necessary documents requested, we were unable to sell you a vehicle. We did eventually ask you to leave the property due to inappropriate behavior.
