Purchased our 2020 Ford Explorer thru Joe Maus Ford with a full 7 year warranty and had no problem with using the warranty until they became Albemarle Ford. Now Everytime I call with an issue and tell them about the warranty I'm always told they will call me back. Either they need to check on the warranty or they are waiting for a part to come in. To date, I have called them with 4 issues and 1 recall notice and have yet to get a return call. I don't know how they treat customers who bought from them, but if you bought your car while it was Joe Maus Ford, you no longer exist or matter to Albemarle Ford. We had never bought a brand new car and only did so this time because of the warranty. So disappointing. As it is now approaching time to purchase another vehicle it will definitely NOT be from Albemarle Ford.

When we walked on the lot we were just looking and one of the nicest salesmen EVER met us outside. My husband wanted a used truck and he can be very picky so we did not think we would find anything for him but Kevin S. worked overdrive to help us. We found the one and we are extremely happy with it and the deal we got! Everyone was super friendly and we always give all the glory to God but a huge thank you to Albemarle Ford and their staff!! They pick my plates and hold them for ransom because title for car I traded in is lost i ve never seen it but they don't care she call said ill send it to u never showed if they would have asked I'd filed for lost title but they more or less said I stole it I would have never treated poeple like this
