Run away from any business that charges a 'Document
Run away from any business that charges a 'Document Storage Fee' for service work. Document storage is one of those air & water, basic elements of doing business. I run a service business and store documents for free. If they are charging for such a basic business process, how many other ways are they picking your pocket. It isn't about the few bucks, it is about the basic principle of business.

Fees for a filing cabinet
I have been attempting to get an answer to this since they changed hands from Joe Maus to Albemarle Ford. It's a simple question. Does the new Albemarle Ford have a Document Storage Fee for service transactions? I run a service business and I store my customer’s service records for free. Why is there a fee for something that is a usual cost of doing business?

Worst place to purchase from!!!!
Worse dealership ever!!! We bought a Ford expedition from them, and we were promised so many things. They LIE!!!! They will not complete all the things they promise. My expedition has a rattle, and they will not fix the problem. They lies and said the car had never been in a wreck, and would not provide me with carfax until after purchase. It had been in one, that did cause front damage. The most shady dealership I have ever dealt with. The car might look good, but the place is awful!! Have recently reported to Action 9, to try to get something done with my car!!!
