He was very professional and easy to talk with. Ryan Kremer from acessories was very helpful and had the keyless key pad entry installed He helped answer a few questions and was very knowledgeable. Really nice young man. My overall experience was great.

First of all this is Susan. Yes the car is in my husband's name but it's my car. I don't want to post a negative review on google so let me just say I felt ripped off. The list of things suggested were over the top - spark plugs, $400, possible oil leak $120. I had an oil change one month prior. I park in the garage with an epoxy floor. No oil is leaking! I had the engine code read prior to the appointment. Over $600 later including an almost $200 diagnosis fee for a purge valve? Chris, I was there in person, not my husband.
