Specchio Ford Inc

This facility ripped my wife off. We dopped our Escape to have it checked. They never called with an estimate. They called asking to pick up the vehicle. The cost to replace a battery was $450 . If we went to Walmart it would've been $100. Pleae do not patronize this unethical business.

I have brought my car to Specchio 3 times now, and each time they have serviced my car quickly and efficiently. I know I can trust them and they won't "rip me off" like other repair places do. I like the "small town" feel, and they treat me fairly and honestly. I know they have my back. Excellent customer service and the owner is a very nice, old fashioned guy.

I was in town for two days. I rolled into town with a problem with my 2001 F150 so I stopped to see if they could help me out. They had it fixed the following morning for a reasonable price. The people there were so helpful. It's a small dealership with a small town feel to it. I wish we had a dealership like them in my town instead of the high volume type that don't really care once the sale is over. I've purchased cars from dealers that didn't treat me as good as Specchio Ford did.
