Not paying double for service work
I chose to bring my F150 into West Here because it’s the closest Ford dealership to my residence. It’s my second visit in a year based on recall work. I was having an issue with my exhaust manifold and I was quoted a price of $1,500-$1,900 to replace. This price happen to be more than double of where I can get it repaired at. I was pleased with the service advisor and the communication/texting notifications. Most likely I would return to this dealership however I am not going to pay double for work that could be done elsewhere.

When I dropped off the car they took care of me right away I had no issues with the service work performed I notified me by Phone and left a message that my vehicle is ready so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership much appreciated thank you
