I have to say I was very satisfied with the outcome of the work at Otis Ford.

Misleading with price of Vehicle.
Misleading with price of Vehicle....this is one of earlier texts I received. "The price of the Explorer you have selected is $50,397. If you qualify for all of the listed rebates it would be $3000 less. We also have employee pricing for all on these vehicles for additional savings"....then when I asked for a final price with taxes and fees I got this text "$53,997.18 plus tax and registration." So not only did I not get a final price, the price somehow went up. On the website it was listed for 47k but you had to scroll down to see thats after a potential 3k savings. When I made a comment about the price going up I received no response.
