I am a retired old timer who remembers when you drove around kicking tires to buy a car. Now I internet shop out to 200 miles, pick a car, set a deal, and complete transaction in one trip for trade and cash. I was looking for a model that I had previously owned and came upon a similar car in a more upscale version. (Ford SHO vs Lincoln MKS both twin turbo). Worked with Jenna Martinez and Manager Jay Samuels and worked out a good trade and sale price and made the buy. Friendly not only is attentive when you are buying but treats you very well post sale. I had an issue with my purchased car and brought it to Jenna Martinez in Sales and after her contact with Jay Samuels in management it was quickly corrected to my satisfaction. You cant ask for more than that

My Wife and I was looking to purchase a used car. Our searching led us to Friendly Ford. Upon arrival, we were met by Joe C. (Sales Consultant) as true to the name; Joe, is a friendly professional. Joe was able to put us in the right car for the perfect price. The whole staff made the car buying experience painless. I would recommend Joe to anyone willing to take my word. Go and ask for Joe!!! My husband and I recently bought a Ford Explorer from Friendly Ford in Poughkeepsie, NY and had a wonderful experience through the entire process. All the employees we came into contact with were extremely nice and professional. Our salesman, Joe Catalano was The Best! Joe was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman. I will recommend Friendly Ford in Poughkeepsie to friends and family in the future and send them directly to Joe! Thank You Joe!.
