Easy experience buying the vehicle but downhill since then . 2020 f150 with every possible problem you can imagine in the first two weeks . Screen continues to go out while I drive , the key has been getting stuck in the ignition. To the point that I’ve had to take other cars to work after messing with it for 40 minutes . Also the whole front end is rusting . Brought it to Steven’s and was told it’s normal ... as a veteran and active military member I expected at least a little more concern for my issues but this is crazy . I will never buy a Ford again!

Purchased 2013 ford explorer 11/19. We are 8mos in on the car. We brought it in for repairs and nothing is covered under the warranty. So pretty much we gave them an additional 1900 for no reason. They are nothing but scammers. We are stuck with a truck i can't drive. A 4k repair bill to pay and a 20k loan to be pay as well. This place sucks!!

I went in to get a new lease unsure of what i wanted, Bobby worked with me and got me into a new Ford Escape that i love, he patiently spent alot of time going over multiple different options until i found the one i absolutely loved, i would highly recommend if you are looking for a new car to go through this dealership they are wonderful
