I have been a customer for several years, bought cars and use their service department. I am very satisfied and happy with Oneonta Ford. I recommend them highly. Great personnel and facility....... go there you wont regret it.

On 6/18 around 8:30am I stopped at the Oneonta Ford with my wife' s new 2019 Escape Titanium (1390 miles). The rear doors were both jammed and inoperable. The treatment I received was outstanding. Selima greeted and treated me like a long time valued customer. Fritz, I believe a service tech, listened as I described the problem. When the work order was complete, he stated he suspected he knew what the problem was and went out in the rain to verify. He was correct. The vehicle was moved to the service bay and the repair completed . I'm very grateful for the courtesy, kindness and professionalism demonstrated by Selima and Fritz. They are outstanding representatives of this dealership. The important point for me is I needed help, they didn't know me and would probably would never see me again. There was nothing in it for them or the Dealership yet I was treated as I said like a longtime valued customer. That speaks volumes to the character of Selima and Fritz and the whole Dealership. I wish them and Dealership continued success and again offer my sincere thanks. Michael Bobinski

Oneonta Ford customer for several years. Bought three vehicles. Very satisfied. Great Sales and Service department. Kudos to Keegan, Danny, Scott, Adam, & Rich. All top notch.
