I have warranty that is credited through any state
I have warranty that is credited through any state registered repair shop that Mastel would not accept. Laziness in doing the paperwork. Customer service was a nightmare. I asked about my warranty and tried to explain I had covered and could send them paperwork. I asked why they were off $100 on a such a small quote and instead she just told me what they charged me with again an attitude. Never again.

When I found out that my truck needed a new transmission, it didn't make sense to put my money into a vehicle 7 years old truck with over 100,000 miles. The Mastel Ford team acted quickly and found me a truck that exceeded my expectations. Within a few days they found a new truck with my needs, picked it up in Niagara Falls, drove it to Olean and had me in the truck in no time. The paper work was a breeze.
