Highly Recommend
I found an SUV on the internet yesterday. I was quickly contacted by a member of the internet team and set up an appointment for a test drive today at 11am. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by Blake, and the truck was already pulled up waiting for me. By 2pm, I was out the door, driving my new vehicle home. Blake was so friendly and kept me updated throughout the short, painless process. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Basil Ford of Niagara Falls!

Smooth Service
I brought my F-150 in for basic service. I was able to book online. The service department had strict Covid 19 rules in place which was appreciated. The service team were responsive and easy to communicate with. I missed the call when Brian contacted me regarding the diagnostic work. I was easily able to reach him back through customer service. Smooth process start to finish.
