Best car experience in years, quick and easy. Completed test ride and deal in less than an hour... The entire staff was courteous and helpful throughout the entire process, from email, calling and closing...
Looking for a used car, nobody ever responsed.

It's been 7 years since I leased my last Ford. I had leased a 2008 Ford Fusion. It was my first Ford and I absolutely loved it. It was black with grey interior. It had a moon roof and power windows. Luxuries I had gone without in all of my previous vehicles. On top of that, it had SYNC, which allowed me to talk on the phone and access the music on my iPod handsfree! I was in love with my car. However, the sales process and subsiquent service appointments from the dealership, which will remain nameless, were less than desireable. When the time came to return my Fusion for a new lease or to buy it out, they refused to work with me to help me stay in a vehicle I loved. So I had to look elsewhere.
Had I known of Howell Motors at the time and the great sales and service teams, I would have headed straight to Wrights Corners! However I did not, so I ended up leasing a Nissan Altima. The price was right and it was a good car, but I missed SYNC and all the other features of my Fusion. When that lease ran out, I went with another Nissan. I leased a Nissan Rogue because I was tired of getting stuck in the snow. Something that happened all too much with the Altima. Another good car at the right price, but it was overall lacking in features, performance, and style. I was also facing another dealership that was less than satisfactory. Difficult to set up service appointments, unclear on pricing, and they lacked the personal touch to make me feel like I mattered. At one point, there was a part recalled and they neglected to tell me that it could take up to 6 weeks to replace until I showed up and dropped off my car. I was without my Rogue for 2 months.
Well all that changed when I walked into Howell Motors. I was given immediate attention. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Mike took the time to get to know me, where I was coming from both personally and previous lease history, and really wanted to match me with the right vehicle for my needs and budget. Every step of the way, he would keep in touch making sure I knew where everything stood and confirming I was still comfortable. He even took care of dealing with my previous dealership and dropped off my Rogue!
I've had my 2017 Ford Escape for 2 months and I absolutely love it. Hands down the best vehicle I've ever leased. I have SYNC again, an awesome sound system, and it even has Apple CarPlay! The style is sleek, the performance is excellent, and I don't have to worry about the snow. It's even better because the folks at Howell Motors made the whole experience a joy. I can honestly say they made me feel like part of the family. I can't recommend them enough!
