Horrible experience, set an appointment to buy a vehicle

Horrible experience, set an appointment to buy a vehicle drove 2 1/2 hours to see it after confirming appointment the night before when I arrived there they tell me someone with no appointment came in before me and stated the buying process and proceeded to try and show me other vehicles that I didn't come to see, after expressing my disappointment and starting to leave the manager came to tell me I would have first right of refusal on the vehicle I had an appointment for if the other customer with no appointment didn't meet their terms, bottom line is I would not waste my time driving any distance to deal with this place and really wish i had checked their reviews first to note this same pattern other customers have experienced.
