Had my Ford Fusion detailed at Gowanda Ford. They did a beautiful job for a very reasonable price and delivered the car to my home to boot.

Worst buying experience , never again
Worst buying experience ever , car was filthy on delivery , oil hadn't been changed , the oil filter was so old that it was rusted , all 4 rotors were bad and when I brought it back they tried to machine them , it didn't work , I had to straight up argue with them to get them to replace them , I don't appreciate them putting mine and my families safety at risk so they can save a couple dollars , Pat the general manager is a condescending sob that talked to me like I'm stupid , he pulled this same game on me 20 years ago at Eden Ford when he worked there , I will never go back there again and I will tell everyone about my experience
