Straightforward, no BS experience.
Jesse at Dovi was great. He was informative, responsive to questions, no sales pressure tactics, and stuck with me during a long delay on my new truck order. If you want a simple, straight forward experience, no BS, no hidden finance department tricks, Dovi checks all the boxes.

Great overall experience
It was a great experience purchasing a car from Dovi Ford, I found the car searching through their inventory, made an appointment to looked at it and purchased it later that day. Although the car developed multiple issues they worked with me to get them fixed even though I lived 1 1/2 hours away from this particular dealership. Their service department is top-notch and were able to solve the problems that the car had even though another dealership was not able to.

At Dovi motors we offer an easy and enjoyable buying experience. If you walk on the lot to look at a vehicle nobody will chase you down trying to get you to buy a car that day. We give our best price up-front we have one person to walk you through the entire buying process and we only sell Ford's so we really know the product.
We are part of the community. We live here shop here and we are personally involved with the clubs organizations and small businesses around town. We are a 3rd generation business in Cortland that is selling cars to the grand children of our founder's customers.
