So long story short.
So long story short. First time when i got check engine light on when my car had 619 miles only i went to nearest to my home service department, i left car for fixing, few hours later guy called me and said everything fixed. So service guy simply cleared codes. Nothing was fixed. So my next.trip to the same service department was for oil change, so instead 2 hour , my car was kept for 24 hour, and this is simply oil change. I came to pick my car, so 3rd time when i came to service department was because check engine light was on again and nothing was fixed. So technician guy came and few hours later stated there is a problem and they need to order a part to fix defective part and it takes 4 day to order and receive a part, so i went home and waited untill they supposed to call me after 10 days of waiting i called service department to find out whats going on, the guy on the phone said part arrived so i can bring my car, when i arrived ar service department technician stated that it takes 4 DAYS to fix. I asked why? His answer was because to many cars waiting. And that was total xx. So i agreed to leave my car with service department. On 4th day i got call from Service department saying my car is fixed now and part was replaced. So when i arrived i received my car and paper statement what was done exact. So i did not found that part was replaced, nothing was replaced. Only job they do was clearing codes and rechecked. So they kept my car for 4 days for nothing, i didnt drove amd could not feed my family because i thought my car is beign fixed. So This specific service department is SCAM. If car under warranty they will not fix it, they fix cars which owner pay from pocket. I have a proof of what exact was done, and i cant find what part was replaced and there is no parts number. So think twice before visiting SCAM. P.s. my dash cam was missing after visiting this place. And dash cam was in locked glovebox.

I have purchased over 31 cars brand new in my lifetime I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my life. I dealt with service manager Gary who went over my car and told me a transaxle was bad. I then told him that the car was under warranty from Lincoln gave him the warranty number so he could put the claim in. On the 4th day I called Ford and said what's going on with my car he told me he tried to reach the warranty people and they left him on hold. That I should call the warranty people tell them what's wrong with the car get a claim number and they will fix it. Not knowing any better I called the warranty people and they replied Ford knows better than that the phone call must come from the Ford dealership and they ought to fax over what parts need to be replaced get a claim number. I then called the service department and told them I cannot get a claim number that Ford has to do it the car is under complete warranty. He then replied I cannot stay on hold with the warranty people. I told Gary you do not have to stay on hold they will give you a call back leave name and number so that my car can be fixed he refused. I then told him to get my car he charged me $201 for a diagnostic to look over the car. This charge is because they didn't do the work. We went back and forth I told him I don't want the car back I want you to complete the work but you need to call the warranty people they will not accept the owner of the car to call them and give me a claim number. I had no choice but to pull the car out paying the $201. I then went into the yard and found my car with millions of white spots all over it I ran to the car wash and washed for $26. I now took my car to Lincoln Brighton Bay and they are fixing my car with no questions asked they called the warranty people and did everything properly. When you call leaves Brighton Bay Lincoln your car leaves spotless. Service managers are respectful polite. I notified the Ford corporation they notify premiere and said a manager would get back to me. I'm still waiting. However I will not give up whatever the results are at the end I will let you know what premier Ford is going to do about this situation. Dealerships don't realize the most important thing in buying a car is the service. I will continue writing reviews and keeping people updated on what's going on. Premier Ford is not doing well and there's a good reason for that.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT PERSON
This review is in reference to their service department. I would never buy a car from this dealership because of the lack of professionalism of their employee in the service department. Their intake person was rude and nasty and had NO interest in servicing the vehicle. He acted like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to being in the car for issues under warranty. Service manager did not care how rude or nasty his personnel are. In take person clearly felt hhe was better than the customer.. STAY AWAY
