Great! Michael Rose, Salesman set up my apps, answered all my questions, was very patently, sincere and accommodating to my specific needs. He consistently communicated with transparency, genuineness and a strong work ethic. I felt heard and was treated like a Queen. The entire team @BrewsterFord worked together to get me the vehicle I wanted; Sales, GM, Finance and Service! Thankyou so much! I’ll be back for a Pony in the spring.

Bought a Ford Maverick which became inoperable on day 5
Bought a Ford Maverick which became inoperable on day 5 of ownership. Car sat at the dealer for 72 days before it was repaired and only after we filed a lemon law arbitration against Ford. Won the arbitration and yet the dealer has still failed to process all the necessary paperwork to get our sales tax and extended warranties refunded despite numerous assurances it would be taken care over the past 5 months. SHAMEFUL!!!!

Excellent! Just picked up a car from Brewster Ford. I absolutely love the car! Both Brian from finance and Mike Rose from sales were both wonderful. Mike was very helpful with pretty much everything. He worked with me and got everything I wanted. I will defiantly be going back to Mike when I need another car.
