Normally I deal with Lenny Farnam but he was busy helping another service customer. I delt with Chance and found that his service was the same quality as Lenny's - Excellent. He explained that because the vehicle was in for multiple recalls it would probably not be completed that day. He called me the next morning and advised that the vehicle was done and ready for pickup. A good service experience.
