Awesome customer service
I had a great shopping experience with Hector Verdin. He made sure to go over the whole truck with me and answered questions I had even after I left. Very professional and genuine. I highly recommend Hector and Phil Long Ford of Raton. We already got a thank you card from Hector and it’s been less than a week that I bought the truck! We had been shopping for a new Explorer in Albuquerque but had to go to Denver for my husband to get some special medical treatment. We took the Escape with 200k miles and the transmission crashed right before we got to Raton NM. We limped off I-25 onto the exit at Raton and my husband remembered there was a Ford Dealership there. We called Phil Long Ford and they came right out to pick us up and tow the Escape into the shop. Cliff Santistevan knew we had to get right back on the road to get to Denver and showed us their Explorers. He couldn?t have been nicer or more accommodating. He and Mr. Gutierrez and Mr. Vigil got us through the buying and financing process in record time with an excellent deal on a beautiful vehicle. If we had to break down on the trip I?m grateful it happened here.
