I Bought a new 2019 f-350 for my business. They delivered it to my home in NY. I found out 2 weeks later that I’m driving around in a $ 56,000 thousand dollar truck w no insurance. They listed my insurance company on the temp registration but never contacted my insuanrace company. I found out when my broker advises me someone from Lardson Ford was adding a vehicle. The commercial manager TOM told me it was an over sight.... hmmm kinda Seems like more than that to me considering. I have a bank loan on the vehicle and would of been out all that money out of my own pocket while I assumed I had insurance. This dealer ship doesn’t seem like they know whats going on. They also had to have important sales documents sent via UPS after the sale because they never had me sign them. Do your self a favor and buy a truck somewhere else.

Excellent service, Woody went over everything, took us for a great test drive, described all of the features, got us an owner's manual, helped us arrange to get the second key fob for the car. I must say, the transaction went smoothly. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family looking for a car.
