Best experience to date
I just bought a used 2021 Chevy Silverado and I must say this was probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I live and hour away and communicated via email to ask questions about the vehicle and arrange the price and visit.. I was in and out of there within 2 hours and met some of the nicest people during the process. You guys are the best; and I will definitely be back! Thank you for making the process easy and quick!

Terrible Sales .....Phil is great in service!!!
Service was great for four years thanks to Phil. Lebanon Ford Sales is a total different story. The sales department doesn't want to deal with anyone who has knowledge of trade-in value or purchasing an new vehicle about MSRP. March 2022 I went in talked to the Sales manager 4 times in four days about ordering a new F250 Lariat crew cab with the ultimate package etc. The Sales manager never got the correct options or got back to me. So I ordered a new Exact truck I wanted from Irwin Automotive Group that will be here in August 2022. Which Lebanon Ford said takes 6-8 months. Unfortunately they're the only local Ford dealer close by so they don't think people with drive 60 mile radius to get treated like a customer with respect. This F250 2022 would of been our 4th new vehicle in 5 years all $50,000 + each. I will no longer do business at Lebanon Ford. I will no longer recommend their Sales or service be

Keith Jones is hands down, the best commercial sales person I’ve ever met!!! He and the entire team at Lebanon Ford worked diligently to meet my needs and selection. George LeSueur was my first contact through the online service and worked with Keith to find what I was looking for. They worked toward providing me the best price for my New Ford F-250 XLT Super Duty Diesel.
