Ok guys watch out. They will not reduce the price of any vehicle. They dont care what you say. They will pull out a "comparison" paper showing all the other vehicles for sale of the one you're buying in the area and of course theirs is the "best offer" and will refuse to negotiate. When we let that slide they tried the bait and switch "we need to check other banks to run your credit, get you the best deal." Dont do it. We were already preapproved and knew the interest rate. Go to Capital One and do all this before you get there! The salesman was very friendly and for the most part it was better than I expected and low pressure sales, hence 3 starts. Once we got to finance this is where they RIPPED us off! She snuck in a service plan for almost $5000! They have you sign everything on an Ipad and makes it hard to see everything. We discussed not needing a service plan with them because the vehicle was a "Gold" CPO and covered for another year with this supposedly. Of course the listing for the vehicle is gone and we have no copies of the ad and no where in our paperwork does it list anything about the existing CPO Gold plan, like it never existed. Beware folks, super shady. We will probably contact the State of Nevada and quite possibly an attorney at this point. We got the paperwork on a USB drive and just looked at as we were looking fo some information. Again beware! Finance will F you over!
