They are very rude in the beginning and not a very nice place and ripped me off they're very deceitful and very unhonest they will rip you off any chance they can they'll even stick their hand out for you to shake it on a deal knowing that the deal was bad very bad place to do business now I have a car that cost me about $20,000 and it won't run and they won't do anything about it because they're a bunch of cheats do not do business with this company

Service Department is horrible.
Service Department is horrible. Our vehicle has a simple hardware failure with the satellite radio. Almost 2 months no fix. Poor communication. Contacted Ford Corporate EV division and they are friendly but still no help. This is the reason I stopped buying Ford cars.

With the announcement of Gaudin receiving the Triple Crown again this past year this also means that as far as Customer Service and Sales are concerned Gaudin is the absolute Leader. For over 98 years they have prided themselves on never losing a Deal over Price or Payment and they do not plan on starting any time soon.
