If you’re looking to be belittled and be told “why should I run the numbers, you’re not buying a car anyway “ or if you like being ignored while looking at cars while Ramon is just in his phone. then you should definitely come here.

Great Pre-Buying Experience - Terrible Post-Buying Experience. I recently purchased a new Ford Expedition from Friendly Ford and had a great experience with the team. Good price on the car, helpful team. However, I had some minor problems with the car that the team said they could easily fix for me after the sale and have found it impossible to get anyone even on the phone, much less to help. I’ve called the employee multiple times over the last 6 weeks with not so much as an answer or returned call. Not so Friendly Ford, I would take my business elsewhere.
