Worked on a deal with Sage I live an hour away. Setup a time I did the loan stuff through Ford. I go for my appointment and I texted them on my eta they texted back even one asking how far away am I. I get there and I am told another store took the new car but we have this lovely used one here. Needless to say I did not buy anything and it was a waste of 2 hours of my day driving. The attitude there is horrible I recommend finding any other place to buy.

Dealing with Bob E. Was a lot easier than most sales reps. I lived an hour away and saw the van online and inquired that evening. I was contacted promptly the next morning About the vehicle. I asked him if there was any noticeable defects and he said he would inspect it. He sent a video going over the vehicle in detail. We texted back and forth some pricing and agreed on a price pending a test drive. We made it to the dealer after work and he had it waiting to go. After a short test drive we sat down and went through the paperwork quickly. He offered the extras, like all dealers do, but was much less pushy about it. I dread dealing with car salesmen but this experience was pleasant.
