I bought an extremely expensive pickup from here.
I bought an extremely expensive pickup from here. When it gets cold out, the doors won't latch and/or fly open. When I called the dealership, they told me not drive it in the cold or park it inside when it's cold, that was their solution to fix this issue. I was told that can't help me. Apparently, I am supposed to have access to a heated garage everywhere I drive to. Customer service was a joke for such a major safety issue!
