Shopped on line but calls and text messages are not what I next all day long it interferes with my work and my family time.

Worst service advisors and are rude/ disrespectful
If you want to take your vehicle somewhere where they won’t work on it properly, take it in to the shop where it sits for weeks on end while they do nothing, drive your vehicle around town and put a few hundred miles on your truck, then Denny menholt ford is the place to go. Some of the most shoddy workmanship is done here and instead of owning up to it they will blame the customer and say it is their fault the truck isn’t working. They have fixed one part and broke numerous parts trying to fix said part and they will lie when you tell them they broke something and say “it wasn’t us”. If you plan on spending $70k on a vehicle please for the love of god do not go here.
