Sent my wife down there for some minor issues on 2017
Sent my wife down there for some minor issues on 2017 Ford escape the emergency break chimes was going off off and on they said for $700 they could fix it and name the part got it home did some research found the part that they didn't even have on their list a wire harness $17 on eBay fix the problem these guys are crooks in my opinion go to Butte go to Helena if you have time their service department really sucks

I called 08/15 regarding A/C climate control issues on my 2013 ford f150, requesting service and told it would be Mid November for service ! This is the second time I have had to wait for 2+ months for service !! Just wondering if I had a new vehicle how long it would take to get service ! NO MORE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!
