Vehicle was dropped off for calibration by body shop. 1 week later it was still sitting at the dealership untouched. Finally called and got a bunch of lame excuses about back log and bad roads. Service girl was clueless as to what was going on. Her boss just keep saying we're sorry but no solid plan on how to get the work done. Still waiting for someone to get off his or her xxx and do the work. Pretty xxxx poor service on the Lincoln.

As a newly retired snowbird, I needed a larger vehicle for my seasonal drives between MT and NV. Thought I'd check out the used Expeditions which were OK but after hearing my hauling plants and dogs story Mark showed me a new Ford 150 that exactly fitted my needs and taste. It was a big decision to make and discussions with Mark and Alan helped me to make a good one. Friendliest dealership I've ever worked with. Happy to be with the Ford family now.
